Slow Motion is Key

Slow Motion Strength Training has been proven to be very effective in building muscle and at the same time increasing bone densituy. This approach directly addresses the two negative trends associated with aging: Sarcopenia and Osteopenia (muscle and bone loss). Slow Motion also avoids joint injuries caused by quick movements, and it creates mindful awareness. It’s a bit like Tai Chi for Westerners.

With Quantum Fitness you don’t need to workout more than 2 days a week. Slow Motion Strength Training is more intense and efficient. Just do some form of enjoyable cardio like walking, hiking or swimming the rest of the week and let your body recover.
